About The Role
As an SAP Hire-to-Retire / Payroll Lead, you will drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives focused on payroll and time management. You will lead the design, migration, and integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring statutory compliance while delivering scalable and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end migration of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption
Design and configure Time Management solutions, including schemas, work schedules, quotas, overtime, and allowance frameworks
Deliver compliant Singapore payroll processing
Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA, including payroll-to-FI/CO interfaces
Facilitate Hire-to-Retire workshops and provide strategic recommendations on HR platform evolution (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll)
Lead distributed onshore and offshore teams across key phases including design, build, testing, parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hypercare
Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to align payroll and time solutions with operational and regulatory requirements
Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption of new systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in SAP HCM, with deep expertise in Payroll and Time Management
Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP HCM or S/4HANA HR transformations in a lead role
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and statutory compliance (Singapore payroll preferred)
Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with HCM or S/4HANA Payroll
Strong understanding of HR business processes, payroll operations, and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional, distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation or migration
Exposure to global HR template design and multi-country payroll deployments
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
