Job Description

Duration: 12 Months

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6pm, Monday - Fridays.

Location: Central

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Time Management (PT) solutions with minimal supervision
  • Configure and optimize core components, including Work Schedules and Break Schedules, Public Holiday Calendars, Absence and Attendance Types, Quotas, Time Types, and Time Evaluation Schemas and PCRs
  • Translate complex functional requirements into robust technical design specifications, ensuring scalability and compliance with business rules
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing time management processes
  • Take full ownership of incident management and root cause analysis, ensuring timely and permanent resolution of system issues
  • Diagnose and resolve complex SAP PT-related defects, including schema, PCR, and integration issues
  • Propose practical and scalable solutions, including effort estimation, impact analysis, and implementation planning
  • Act as a key escalation point for critical production issues
  • Define and execute rigorous testing strategies, including unit, integration, and pre-UAT validation
  • Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test scripts aligned with business requirements
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards prior to UAT, minimizing post-production defects
  • Maintain clear and structured test documentation and traceability
  • Enforce strict configuration management practices, including Change control governance, Configuration identification and versioning and regular audits to ensure system integrity
  • Ensure all changes are properly documented, reviewed, and compliant with internal controls
  • Documentation & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date system documentation for all configurations and changes
  • Engage stakeholders effectively to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions aligned to business needs
  • Drive high levels of user satisfaction through reliable delivery, responsiveness, and clear communication

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Time Management (PT) experience in implementation or support environments
  • Proven experience in:
  • PCR and Schema configuration (mandatory)
  • Work Schedule Rule and Holiday Calendar configuration
  • Attendance, Absence, and Time Type configuration
  • Strong understanding of Positive and Negative Time Evaluation
  • Demonstrated experience with integration between SAP Time Management and Payroll modules
  • Prior exposure to incident management, defect resolution, and production support in SAP environments
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues
