Primary Purpose

We are seeking an experienced SAP Group Reporting (GR) Consultant to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end financial consolidation, group reporting, data migration, and financial close processes in Greenfield implementation projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for SAP Group Reporting.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting solutions.
• Configure consolidation units, consolidation groups, FS items, breakdown categories, validation rules, and substitution rules.
• Configure consolidation monitors, data monitors, currency translation, eliminations, ownership management, and consolidation of investments.
• Lead financial close and consolidation process design aligned with business requirements.
• Perform hands-on system configuration and functional testing.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for enhancements.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Manage and execute end-to-end data migration activities, including master data and transactional data migration.
• Support reconciliation between legacy consolidation systems and SAP Group Reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and external auditors during implementation.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and production support activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• At least 2 Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementations.
• Strong hands-on SAP Group Reporting configuration experience.
• Strong experience in financial consolidation and statutory reporting.
• Proven experience managing and executing data migration activities.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
