Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Time Management (PT) to configure, design, develop, implement, and maintain SAP solutions. The role involves providing consultancy services, supporting ERP systems, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet customer requirements and drive user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate reported system issues and errors, perform analysis, and implement fixes to ensure smooth system operation.
Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions and estimate the resources and costs required for implementation.
Manage changes to configurable items, including configuration planning, identification, control, and audits.
Conduct system reviews and integration testing before handing deliverables to users for UAT.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management (PT) modules, including:
o Work Schedules & Break Schedules
o Public Holiday Calendar configuration
o Absence and Attendance Types
o Time Quotas
o Time Evaluation Schemas and PCR Rules
Develop technical design specifications and translate functional requirements into system specifications.
Prepare and execute test plans, document results, and ensure program quality.
Maintain up-to-date system documentation.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective solution delivery and support.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in SAP implementation, maintenance, consulting, or end-user support.
Hands-on experience in SAP Time Management module, including:
o PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules)
o Time Schemas
o Work Schedule Rule Configuration
o Holiday Calendar Configuration
o Attendance/Absence Configuration
o Time Types
Knowledge of Positive and Negative Time Evaluation.
Experience with integration between SAP Time Management and Payroll modules.
Strong experience managing IT incidents and problem resolution.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
