Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Full Stack Analyst and Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of ABAP developments and Fiori applications in an S/4 HANA landscape. The role involves solution design, consultancy, business requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, coding, testing, and implementation across multiple functional areas. This is an individual contributor role with strong opportunities for career progression into senior roles.

KEY TASKS AND ACTIVITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation and artefacts including Low-Level Designs, Functional Specifications, and High-Level Designs.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops with business stakeholders (whiteboarding, prototyping, ideation, wireframe UI/UX design).
  • Participate in management and governance activities, such as code reviews, daily stand-ups, and project/program management reviews.
  • Transform legacy ABAP programs into S/4 HANA architecture using CDS, AMDP, and modern ABAP concepts.
  • Perform ABAP development, performance analysis, and tuning in S/4 HANA.
  • Develop Adobe Forms (online and offline scenarios) in S/4 HANA.
  • Compile and deliver Technical Specification documents for all developments.
  • Execute end-to-end testing of all applications to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage Jira-based intake reviews, clarifications, and analysis with business teams.
  • Coordinate vendor management and escalations when required.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and SAP ICS integration with S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of Insight Zap report creation is advantageous.
  • Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) through:Creation and management of SAP roles, development and maintenance of catalogues, groups, and tiles and assignment of roles to users according to SoD policies.

KEY SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • Excellent Business communication skills (advanced level).
  • 5+ Years experience in Application design, coding and delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years of Object-Oriented ABAP development in a complex SAP landscape.
  • At least 1 year of S/4 HANA development experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in managing Basis / AWS workloads and AWS certification would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge on S/4 HANA Finance module with hands-on development in GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, VIM, Concur would be a significant advantage.
  • Additional exposure to SD, MM, PM modules is desirable.
  • Knowledge in Segregation of Duties (SOD) Management is an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 is must.
  • Strong expertise in: Adobe forms, smart forms, AMDP, CDS views, BRF+ and HANA proxy objects is required.
  • Insight ZAP development is advantageous.
  • Relevant SAP certifications in S/4 HANA preferred.
  • SAFe / Agile certification and practical experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies are advantageous.
  • PMP and ITIL certifications are an added advantage.
