Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop SAP Fiori applications and user interfaces using UI5 framework, ensuring adherence to Fiori design principles and best practices

- Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and requirements to translate them into effective Fiori solutions

- Configure and customize SAP Fiori Launchpad environments to meet organizational needs and user preferences

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive SAP implementations

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure applications perform efficiently and meet quality standards

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from design through deployment

- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference

- Stay current with SAP Fiori updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements

- Mentor junior consultants and share expertise to strengthen team capabilities

- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and deliverables

Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP environments with demonstrated expertise in enterprise resource planning systems

- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing SAP Fiori solutions

- Advanced proficiency in SAP Fiori development, including UI5 framework, Fiori design principles, and Fiori Launchpad configuration

- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, or similar) and their integration with Fiori applications

- Proven experience with end-to-end project delivery and client-facing consulting engagements

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and modern SAP architecture

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches

- Preferred: SAP Fiori certification or equivalent professional credentials

- Preferred: Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and mobile application development

- Preferred: Background in change management and user training initiatives
