SAP Fiori Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, adhering to SAP Fiori design principles
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable frontend solutions
• Customize and extend standard Fiori apps to meet business needs
• Build responsive, cross-device UI applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Integrate frontend applications with backend systems via OData services (V2/V4) and SAP Gateway
• Implement data binding, routing, fragments, and MVC architecture in UI5 applications
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Stay updated with SAP Fiori, UI5, and frontend technology advancements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and JSON
• Hands-on experience with OData services and SAP Gateway integration
• Solid understanding of UI5 concepts
• Experience with SAP environments such as S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration
• Experience with development tools such as SAP Business Application Studio, Web IDE, or VS Code
• Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems
• Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Build, or advanced Fiori Elements
• Familiarity with CDS views and SAP backend integration concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Prior experience in end-to-end SAP implementations
