The Role
You will lead the design and delivery of SAP Finance solutions, working closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities. You will manage cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end implementations while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Finance transformation programs, including planning, solution design, and execution
. Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling capabilities across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Treasury
. Manage and mentor consulting teams, including offshore delivery teams, to ensure quality outcomes
. Engage with senior client stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
. Contribute to business development activities including proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
. Build internal SAP Finance capability through knowledge sharing and team development
Requirements
. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance, including S/4HANA Finance
. Experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
. Strong functional knowledge across core Finance modules
. Experience in project or program management, including resource and delivery management
. Experience leading teams in a consulting or project-based environment
. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills
. Experience supporting sales pursuits or proposal development
. Experience engaging with senior business stakeholders
