SAP FICO AMS Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO Support: Provide expert support for SAP FICO modules, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FICO, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system configuration, testing, and documentation to ensure smooth system performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to ensure integrated support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO support, including hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- ABAP debugging experience for resolving issues and understanding the technical flow within SAP FICO.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and documentation in an SAP support environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
