SAP FICO Support Consultant| MANDARIN Speaker

We are seeking an experiencedSAP FICO Support Consultantwith Mandarin language proficiency to join our finance and IT support team. The ideal candidate will focus onongoing system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance, ensuring smooth operations within our SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

This role emphasizesfunctional support, issue resolution, and collaboration with business users rather than end-to-end implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily SAP FICO support to users in Mandarin and English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Support configuration maintenance, posting errors, master data issues, and reporting requests.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide SAP solutions.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities.
• Document processes, support tickets, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to senior SAP consultants or vendors when necessary.
• Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and testing as part of the support team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience inSAP FICO support or functional roles.
• Fluent inMandarin(spoken and written) and proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge of SAPFI modules(Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) andCO modules(Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis).
• Experience inissue troubleshooting, end-user support, and SAP reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP workflows, master data management, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SAPS/4HANAenvironments.
• Understanding of integration points between SAP FI/CO and other modules (MM, SD).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori or SAP analytics tools.

Education

• Bachelor's degree inFinance, Accounting, Business, or Information Technology.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.
