We Are Seeking: SAP FICO Solution Architect

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you&aposll lead SAP FICO solutioning across multiple business units. You&aposll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver robust, compliant, and scalable financial systems.

This role sits within a dynamic, cross-functional environment and plays a key part in aligning SAP delivery with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance of SAP solutions across project phases: requirements, design, implementation, and documentation
• Oversee SAP integration with surrounding applications to ensure stability and compatibility
• Maintain and enrich SAP knowledge base and template solutions
• Provide functional and technical support for live systems
• Collaborate with business users, PMO, and CoE teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Identify gaps and drive process standardization and optimization across teams

Requirements

Experience & Leadership

• Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage complex issues and communicate effectively across teams

Functional Expertise

• Background in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or SAP HANA
• Familiarity with SAP governance and compliance frameworks
