Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect & Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives, global implementation, and rollout programs. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP Finance functional expertise with strong project management capabilities to deliver complex SAP S/4HANA programs on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, implementation partners, and cross-functional SAP teams. Experience in the Airline industry is highly desirable, with knowledge of airline finance processes, revenue accounting, cost management, and regulatory requirements considered a significant advantage.

Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end SAP Finance solutions covering:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Group Reporting
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design workshops.
- Develop scalable, standardized, and best-practice solution architectures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Define integration architecture across SAP modules including:
- MM
- SD
- PS
- PM
- EWM
- SuccessFactors
- SAP Concur
- SAP Ariba
- SAP BTP
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Review custom developments and recommend SAP standard best practices wherever possible.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Rollout
- Lead greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition projects.
- Manage global rollout programs across multiple countries and business units.
- Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Lead business process harmonization initiatives.
- Oversee configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover planning.
- Support SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Hybrid delivery approaches.
- Manage post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation programs.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, system integrators, and offshore delivery centers.
- Ensure quality assurance and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage change requests and project documentation.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with Finance leadership, CFO organizations, and business process owners.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Facilitate executive presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Build trusted relationships with business and IT leadership.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Define governance models for SAP Finance.
- Establish solution documentation standards.
- Ensure security and authorization requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Experience
- 12+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
- 5+ years managing SAP implementation projects.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Extensive experience leading global rollout programs.
- Experience managing distributed, multicultural project teams.
- Experience working with global system integrators and implementation partners.
