RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and user requirements, while driving effective change management.
- Take an active role in gathering technical requirements and contributing to the solution design.
- Bring hands-on experience with SAP FICO Modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.), with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Preferred expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) for FICO functions to ensure robust security and access controls.
- Keep project documentation up-to-date, including design specifications and testing methodologies, ensuring thoroughness and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing application support while being involved in every phase of the SDLC, from initiation to deployment.
- Lead the SAP project design, testing, and training implementation to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO functional implementation and/or support, helping businesses streamline their financial operations.
- Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CCA, etc.), with a knack for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Skilled in user access management specifically tailored to SAP FICO functions, ensuring smooth and secure operations.
- Proven ability to configure SAP FICO functionalities to align with business needs, driving operational efficiency.
- Familiar with Singapore's statutory and payroll laws, ensuring compliance in all financial processes.
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ABAP
