As an SAP FICO Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for build activities to design, implement, and maintain core and local solutions within SAP systems and other enterprise applications in the Finance domain. You will support BRM on demand management and adopt the Build-to-Run process.
The role requires deep knowledge of SAP (ECC & S/4HANA) Finance and Controlling, along with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration principles.
Responsibilities
- Support BRM in demand assessment and design solutions for both business and IT processes.
- Participate and contribute to Design Authority (DA) governance with relevant stakeholders such as BRM and Program/Project Managers.
- Focus on project activities including planning, effort estimation (internal/external resources), alignment with business leads and key stakeholders, user coordination, communication, and hands-on tasks such as solution design, configuration, training, testing management, cutover, and hypercare.
- Execute end-to-end project delivery using the PM4IT methodology, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage D2E (Demands to Enhancements) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Lead and drive small- to medium-sized enhancements for SAP changes, group initiatives, applications (e.g., Group P&L Revamp, AgilePoint, Readsoft, OMS, low-code/no-code initiatives), and cross-functional integration projects.
- Adopt the B2R (Build-to-Run) process and organize knowledge transfer (KT) and handover to the Run team.
- Work within a factory model to build additional capacity when required; collaborate with the build factory team as a subject matter expert and coordinate with cross-domain stakeholders and business users.
- Provide Level 4 SAP incident support and resolve issues within defined SLAs when required.
- Collaborate with SAP/application vendors and partners to identify and leverage emerging technologies and new SAP functionalities.
- Coordinate all stakeholders involved in projects across IT and business teams.
- Build and maintain strong, value-added relationships with all stakeholders across business and IT.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP end-to-end implementation, integration, and cross-service delivery.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in SAP FICO (COPA is a must), with a solid understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, and Manufacturing Controlling.
- Strong understanding of SAP products and services, including SAP ERP, CRM, SCM, and related tools such as Solution Manager.
