Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO & BW Consultant who can work closely with finance business teams, understand business requirements, and provide effective SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge in SAP FICO and SAP BW along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand requirements.
• Provide support, enhancement, and implementation activities in SAP FICO and SAP BW.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and business process improvements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and user support activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Good knowledge and working experience in SAP BW.
• Ability to interact directly with finance/business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Incorta development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on finance transformation or reporting projects.
• Exposure to SAP integrations and reporting solutions.
• Prior client-facing experience will be an advantage.
