SAP FI Lead
We're hiring an experienced SAP FI Lead to join a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise in SAP Finance, leadership experience, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI solutions across global projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
- Drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
- Configure and support core SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional SAP teams, and technical consultants.
- Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Ensure integration between SAP FI and other SAP modules such as CO, MM, SD, and Treasury.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and lead project deliverables.
- Support defect resolution, hypercare, and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and oversee development of custom enhancements.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of SAP FI consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI configuration and business processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
- Experience leading at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Financial Closing
- Tax Configuration
- Strong integration experience with SAP CO, MM, and SD.
- Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workshops and mentor project teams.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Central Finance (CFIN) experience.
- Group Reporting or Financial Consolidation knowledge.
- SAP Fiori applications for Finance.
- SAP BTP exposure.
- Experience with global template rollouts and localization.
- SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting environments.
- Exposure to multinational or global transformation programs.
- Agile delivery methodology experience.
