SAP FI & Controlling Consultant
Role Overview:
The SAP FI & Controlling Consultant will work closely with client stakeholders in Singapore to drive the end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Finance solutions. The role involves defining business requirements, developing Business Blueprints, and delivering Functional Specifications to support system configuration and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client counterparts to gather and analyze business requirements across Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Lead and contribute to SAP Finance design workshops and solution discussions
- Develop Business Blueprint documents and detailed Functional Specifications (FS)
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders
- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business processes and best practices
- Support integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD)
- Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and user training
- Provide support during go-live and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance configuration and design
- Proven experience in delivering Business Blueprints and Functional Specifications
- Good understanding of financial processes (e.g., record-to-report, procure-to-pay)
- Experience working with regional/global stakeholders, preferably in Singapore or ASEAN markets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
