Scope of the Project
The project supports an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Transformation initiative, covering planning, forecasting, reporting, profitability management, and treasury processes usingSAP solutions.
The scope includes:
- Delivery and support across SAP PaPM, SAP BPC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP IHB
- Design, build, enhancement, and implementation of PaPM solutions for cost and revenue allocation, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and what‑if simulations
- Configuration and support of BPC planning and forecasting models
- Development of BW/BW4HANA data models, ETL processes, and reporting queries
- Development of SAC dashboards, stories, and analytics
- Support for integrated planning processes such as MTP, AOP, and monthly forecasting
- Treasury and banking functional support for SAP IHB, including netting, payments, and bank integrations
- Data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support
- Collaboration with business, finance, treasury, and IT stakeholders
- Documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams
