Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead with 10+ years of expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering global EAM solutions. You will drive end-to-end implementations, leveraging deep functional knowledge and hands-on system experience to deliver scalable, high-value solutions across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of large-scale EAM solutions for global clients.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable EAM solutions.
- Oversee the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) for application design, enhancement, and support.
- Perform hands-on configuration and contribute to platform enhancements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and lead solution design efforts.
- Troubleshoot and optimize EAM systems for high performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive internal capability building, contributing to best practices, knowledge assets, and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management with a strong technical and functional background.
- In-depth knowledge of EAM processes, system configurations, and integrations.
- Proven experience in leading complex, global EAM implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with hands-on system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting in EAM environments.
