I am looking for expert in all the above, but we will focus on warehouse and manufacturing more. On top of that, there are substantial integration pieces this person may have to have exposure. On top of that, some experience in standard ITSM is required as we are in support organisation (not the project deployment organisation), where represent the business and stakeholders.

From the above, can summarise, this person skill be more towards horizontal cover wide and high level rather than vertical deep dive and expert in only 1 area.

at least 5-8 years, but work years is only a basic measurement, it will still depends on individual performance (we will arrange technical seniors for interview to ensure suitability candidate)
