Your Role And Responsibilities
As an SAP Change Management Lead, you will play a key role in guiding organisations through large-scale transformation programmes, particularly SAP-enabled initiatives such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors or broader ERP transformations. You will partner with clients to design and execute change strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
You will work closely with business leaders, change, and programme teams to ensure that organisational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and workforce adoption are effectively managed throughout the transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Change Strategy
Develop and implement change management strategies that support successful adoption of SAP solutions and broader business transformation initiatives.
Organisational Readiness & Impact Assessment
Assess change impacts across business units, roles, and processes, and develop mitigation plans to support smooth transition and minimise disruption.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Engage senior stakeholders, business leaders, and project teams to build alignment and drive commitment throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Change Delivery & Adoption
Lead the execution of change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, training enablement, and adoption tracking.
Client Advisory
Advise clients on best practices in organisational change, operating model shifts, and workforce transformation to maximise the value of SAP-enabled programmes.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience in Transformation Programmes
Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably involving SAP or enterprise technology implementations.
Change Management Leadership
Demonstrated ability to lead change management workstreams, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across complex organisations.
Business & Process Understanding
Strong ability to analyse business processes, identify organisational impacts, and translate them into structured change and communication plans.
Client Engagement Skills
Experience working directly with client leadership and project teams to align business objectives with transformation outcomes.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
SAP Transformation Experience
Experience supporting change management for SAP implementations such as S/4HANA, or other enterprise platforms.
Structured Change Methodologies
Familiarity with recognised change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
Training & Communications
Experience designing training strategies, stakeholder communication plans, and adoption measurement frameworks for enterprise transformations.
