Job Description

. We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HANA Administration to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP landscapes.

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and seamless collaboration across technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, build, and configure SAP systems to align with business and application requirements.

. Perform SAP Basis administration activities including system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.

. Manage SAP HANA databases, including monitoring, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.

. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability.

. Troubleshoot technical issues across SAP environments and provide timely resolution.

. Support transport management, system refreshes, and client copies.

. Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth system operations.

. Maintain system documentation and adhere to governance and compliance standards.

. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.

. Proven experience in SAP HANA Administration.

. Strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, design, build, and configuration.

. Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage technical problem-solving effectively.

Preferred Skills

. Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.

. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for SAP hosting.

. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.

. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
