SAP Ariba Project Lead

This role is part of a large-scale procurement transformation programme using SAP Ariba, covering contracting, buying, guided buying, and business network processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end procurement processes and requirements

Design, configure, and implement SAP Ariba solutions

Deliver fit-to-standard solutions across Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, Supplier Risk, and Supplier Collaboration

Participate in blueprinting, analysis, design, realization, testing, and delivery of SAP Ariba implementations

Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP MM and other SAP modules, as well as third-party systems

Provide user training and post-go-live support through Incidents and Service Requests within agreed SLAs

Stay current with new SAP Ariba features and recommend innovative process improvements

Identify and drive continuous improvement and optimization opportunities within the Ariba landscape

Required Skills & Experience:

SAP Ariba domain-specific certification

Strong experience across the Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay lifecycle

Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation project experience

Proven expertise in Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Buying

Experience working with European clients and onshore stakeholders

Experience delivering Managed Services and operational support

Exposure to automated testing tools such as Tricentis

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
