Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Procurement Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement modules. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, speaks fluent supplier collaboration, and can turn complex procurement puzzles into elegant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Ariba functional designs.
- Configure SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLP), Buying and Invoicing, and Ariba Network Integration.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes: source-to-contract (S2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P).
- Perform integration activities between Ariba Cloud and SAP S/4HANA (using CIG or other middleware tools).
- Drive user training, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, suppliers).
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years specializing in SAP Ariba implementations.
- Proven experience with S/4HANA Procurement (MM/Purchasing) processes and configurations.
- Expertise in Ariba Integration Toolkit (CIG) and SAP S/4HANA backend connections.
- Deep understanding of indirect/direct procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of Ariba Procurement solutions architecture, best practices, and governance.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Ariba certification(s) (e.g., Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing).
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass, SAP Business Network, or Guided Buying.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Experience in global rollouts and template localization.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with a knack for practical solutions.
- Comfortable leading workshops, client demos, and training sessions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
