We are seeking a high-calibre SAP Application & Project Manager to spearhead our regional digital transformation. This is a strategic, dual-impact role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level project leadership and hands-on application stability.

• You will drive the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA across our regional sites, beginning with SEA while maintaining the integrity of our existing ECC environment.

• Serve as the primary lead for S/4HANA implementations, utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners to ensure standardized templates across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Own the end-to-end process, including design alignment, data migration strategy, UAT, and Hypercare.
• Manage project milestones, mitigate risks, and oversee vendor performance to ensure seamless multi-site deployments.
• Act as the senior point of contact for complex SAP incidents, conducting root-cause analysis and functional troubleshooting.
• Bridge the gap between technical system behaviors and business needs, guiding users through sophisticated SAP workflows.
• Partner with external consultants to resolve high-priority defects and system enhancements.

skills and experience required

8-12 years of SAP experience, ideally blending production support with large-scale project rollouts.

Deep knowledge of Manufacturing (PP) and Warehouse/Logistics (MM/WM) is essential.

Hands-on exposure to HANA migrations and a holistic understanding of end-to-end processes (Production, Sales, Finance).

Proven ability to navigate the complexities of a multi-country, regional environment.
