Primary Purpose
We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultant to design, configure, and implement enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis for SAC Planning implementations.
- Design and implement planning models for Finance and Enterprise Performance Management.
- Configure planning processes for:
- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX)
- Operating Expenditure (OPEX)
- Annual Budgeting
- Rolling Forecast
- Revised Planning
- Financial Planning
- Design plan data allocation models and allocation logic.
- Develop management reporting dashboards and financial reports.
- Build Actual vs Budget vs Forecast reporting.
- Design and implement Profit & Loss Consolidation reporting.
- Configure planning calendars, data actions, allocations, business rules, and predictive planning where applicable.
- Collaborate with Finance business users to optimize planning and reporting processes.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and production deployment.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 10–12 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on SAP Analytics Cloud Planning configuration experience.
- Experience implementing:
- CAPEX Planning
- OPEX Planning
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Revised Planning
- Plan Data Allocation
- Strong Management Reporting experience (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast).
- Experience building P&L Consolidation Reporting.
- Experience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong Finance process knowledge (FP&A, Budgeting, Consolidation).
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
