SAP AMS Manager - Singapore

This leadership role oversees SAP application management services, leading technical teams to ensure high-quality support, incident resolution, and process improvements across SAP systems.

SAP AMS Manager needed in Singapore to manage service delivery, team performance, and stakeholder alignment while driving SLAs and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee SAP application management services, ensuring high-quality support, maintenance, and minimal business disruption.

Lead and coach SAP AMS teams, handling incident/problem management, change requests, and root cause analysis.

Monitor SLAs/KPIs, manage stakeholders (business/IT/vendors), and drive process improvements with ITIL frameworks.

Must-Have Skills

Proven SAP application management experience (support/AMS roles) with strong leadership of technical teams.

Excellent communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders plus analytical problem-solving for complex SAP issues.

ITIL familiarity and SAP-specific processes for service delivery excellence.

Good-to-Have Skills

SAP certifications (Basis, Fiori), project management experience, ABAP/Fiori/Cloud Platform technical skills.
