Duties and Responsibilities
. Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP and other relevant technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
. Implement and maintain various interfaces, enhancements, and reports in SAP systems while ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
. Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, utilizing debugging tools and techniques.
. Solid understanding of SAP Finance modules such as SD, MM, or FI and their integration points

Qualifications/Requirements
. 2-5 years of experience in SAP development, with a strong focus on ABAP programming.
. Experience with SAP ECC is preferred (not just S/4HANA Fiori-based development)
. Solid understanding of ABAP Events and Event-driven Programming
. Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
. Experience with code performance tuning and optimization
. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts during discussions
. Solid understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI and their integration points.
. Experience with data migration strategies and tools, including LSMW and BAPIs.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Classical and Interactive Reports
. Screen programming (Module Pool/Dialog)
. Adobe Forms development (must-have)
. Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancement Points)
. Custom Interface development (IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs)

Nice to Have:
. Exposure to building or managing custom Fiori apps is a plus, but not the main focus
. Prior experience with Adobe Lifecycle Designer for form creation and printing scenarios is advantageous
