Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales department to consistently achieve company monthly sales targets
- Motivate and support a team of beauticians and therapists to enhance sales performance and service delivery
- Drive sales of skincare products and beauty services through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Provide excellent customer support to build strong client relationships and increase repeat business
- Apply strong communication and persuasive skills to close sales and meet business objectives
- Demonstrate self-motivation and independence in managing sales activities and team performance
