- Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists and assistants
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions

3. Sales & Business Performance
- Drive sales targets for services and retail products
- Monitor KPIs (revenue, customer retention, package sales)
- Upsell services and promote packages effectively
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
4. Customer Experience
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain customer records and follow-up on appointments
5. Inventory & Admin
- Manage stock levels (products, chemicals, supplies)
- Coordinate with suppliers and place orders
- Handle basic reporting (daily sales, staff performance)
- Ensure proper use of salon systems and POS
