- Control inventory levels and coordinate stock management to optimize availability and reduce losses
- Lead and manage employees by assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to achieve operational goals
- Recruit and interview new employees to build a competent and effective team
- Assist with customer service by resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Oversee preparation and review of budget and financial reports to support informed decision-making
