Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Public Sector Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce architecture, proven project management capabilities, and a deep understanding of designing, developing and deploying Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on Salesforce architecture, integrations, and custom development, especially across Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and external vendors.
- Cloud Expertise: Specific experience in configuring Salesforce platform for Public Sector use cases
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and platform capabilities are utilized.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Agile Practices: Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban), manage backlogs, and ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, with at least 3 years in a technical project management role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Cloud Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Multiple relevant certifications in Salesforce
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps process, tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other Salesforce ecosystem tools.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL).
- Experience working in public sector and or media
