Job Summary

Join our dynamic corporate banking technology team as a Technical SME, specializing in Salesforce CRM. This role invites individuals with a unique blend of technological proficiency and deep expertise in CRM processes. As a key player, you will contribute to the design implementation, and enhancement of Salesforce FSC solutions, bridging the gap between business requirements and cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities

  • Analyse, design and implement technological solutions for Salesforce FSC features & Tableau BI dashboards in alignment with business requirements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in both technologies related to Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing banking systems
  • Evaluate and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external vendors, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular training session for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM tools and systems
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting Salesforce CRM and provide strategic insights to management
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of requirements on both sides
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting and provide post-implementation support for Salesforce CRM solutions
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure the implementation of robust security measures for Salesforce CRM systems

Requirements

  • Degree in a finance, or IT related discipline
  • Proven experience in a tech lead role within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on Corporate Salesforce CRM – FSC (Financial services cloud)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce FSC CRM and Tableau BI dashboards development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices in the banking sector
  • Project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute initiatives from conception to completion
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
