Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect (8–9+ years) to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce (Service Cloud–focused) architecture and delivery. The role owns end-to-end solution design, integrations, data architecture, and platform governance, translating business strategy into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions while mentoring teams and guiding technical direction.
Key Highlights
Own Salesforce solution architecture, technical standards, and governance across multiple domains
Design complex integrations (ERPs, data platforms, middleware, REST/SOAP) and scalable data models
Lead technical discovery, estimation, development oversight, and issue resolution
Drive best practices for security, CI/CD, performance, and platform scalability
Produce architecture artifacts and mentor developers and admins
Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to align solutions with outcomes and ROI
Required Experience
8–9+ years Salesforce experience; 3–5+ years in technical lead/architect roles
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud; Experience Cloud required, others a plus
Strong Apex, LWC, integrations, data modeling, and large-scale data handling
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and enterprise security models
Mandatory
8–9+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3–5 years in an architectural or technical lead role on enterprise implementations.
Deep, hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) and Service Cloud
Preferred
Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative automation experience
Salesforce CTA or progress toward CTA
Strong leadership, communication, and Agile delivery experience
Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud a plus.
