The opportunity
You'll be the technical design authority on a large-scale Salesforce transformation - owning architecture end-to-end, from solution blueprints through to deployment. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a governance-only position. You'll work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders, lead architecture workshops, and guide delivery teams across the full build.

What you'll own
- End-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce clouds and connected enterprise systems
- Architecture standards, design patterns, governance controls and review gates
- Integration design - API-led, event-driven, batch and file-based approaches
- Data architecture, migration strategy and data quality controls
- Release management, environment strategy and CI/CD pipelines (SFDX)
- Technical risk identification and mitigation throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Coaching and technical reviews for development leads and senior developers
What you bring
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and architecture experience
- Proven delivery on medium-to-large enterprise Salesforce programs
- Strong across Salesforce platform architecture: security model, data modelling, Apex, LWC, sharing model
- Integration experience - MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven and batch patterns
- Salesforce Architect certification - Application Architect or System Architect (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
- Comfortable leading architecture workshops and advising senior stakeholders on trade-offs
- Experience with DevOps, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
Bonus points for
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- MuleSoft or integration platform certifications
- Prior public sector or government project experience
- Experience evaluating AppExchange solutions
