Salesforce Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce architecture and development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese communication is a major plus).
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Oversee the delivery of internal tools and client-facing systems.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
• Proven track record in leading teams and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English-verbal and written.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is highly desirable.
• Prior experience working in a recruitment company or HR-tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to bridge business and tech.
