Salesforce Solution Architect / Enterprise Tech Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, design, and implementation.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or similar role in telecommunications or related industry, with a strong focus on enterprise systems such as CRM, Billing, and Customer Experience platforms.

• Deep expertise in Salesforce and Cloudsense platforms, including configuration, integration, and customization.

• Strong knowledge of Billing and Rating systems, with experience in implementation and integration with CRM platforms.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
