About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
• Evaluate business needs and recommend the best Salesforce solutions, balancing trade-offs and feasibility.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices and adherence to Salesforce standards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and executives to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Assess the impact of Salesforce solutions on existing systems, workflows, and departmental operations.
• Identify and manage integration needs with other platforms.
• Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, allocate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Design and maintain a scalable and secure data infrastructure that ensures seamless integration, data quality, and compliance.
• Enhance system efficiency, scalability, and performance through continuous monitoring and improvements.
• Ensure the security of Salesforce solutions, maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integrations.
• Ability to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Knowledge of data architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect) are a plus.
