Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to conduct a detailed analysis of business requirements, advising stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and recommending suitable features and tools.
- Engage business stakeholders to collect and document business requirements in detail.
- Perform process mapping and analysis on existing business processes, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
- Design Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs while incorporating stakeholder feedback to ensure user stories are accurate.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria for solutions work closely with developers to clarify user stories and ensure seamless implementation.
- Design reusable test automation frameworks tailored for functional and regression testing.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in project delivery and leading requirements workshops.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
