Salesforce OmniStudio & Solutions Developer

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce OmniStudio Development

. Design and develop OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

. Build reusable modules to support complex workflow logic and data capture processes.

. Develop scalable Salesforce solutions supporting high-volume data processing platforms.

Salesforce Platform Development

. Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

. Configure and customise Salesforce Experience Cloud and enterprise platform capabilities.

. Implement workflows, automation, and integrations with external enterprise systems.

Integration & System Architecture

. Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party and legacy platforms.

. Integrate Salesforce with external survey platforms or enterprise data collection systems.

. Support secure data exchange pipelines and enterprise data governance standards.

Platform Operations & Delivery

. Support system enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvements.

. Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git-based repositories, and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.

. Maintain clear technical documentation including design specifications and deployment guides.

Stakeholder Collaboration

. Work with functional consultants, architects, and project managers across delivery teams.

. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.

. Participate in Agile development cycles and technical solution design discussions.

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

. 4+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.

. 2+ years OmniStudio development experience (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

. Proven experience in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and REST APIs.

. Experience working with Experience Cloud or enterprise Salesforce platform implementations.

. Strong understanding of Salesforce security, deployment frameworks, and DevOps tools.

Strongly Preferred

. Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification

. Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions

. Exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or similar large-scale Salesforce platforms

. Experience working with multi-stakeholder enterprise environments

. Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external authentication or identity platforms

. Prior experience working on large enterprise digital platforms
