Qualifications And Skills
Experience on different SFMC modules like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Web Studio, Content builder, Journey Builder, Personalization, Contact Builder, etc (both implementation and deployment).
Understanding of the Digital Marketing processes including Cross Channel Marketing - Campaign Orchestration, Real-time Interaction, 1-to-1 User Journeys, Next Best Offers etc.
Understanding of different type of SFMC integration: Out of the box, Realtime (REST and SOAP) and Batch.
Understanding of Email regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements.
Sound knowledge of marketing domain processes.
Be able to clearly communicate the benefits of an integrated ecosystem of capabilities.
