About The Role

  • To ensure that the Direct sales channel conducts business according to company philosophy, policy and SOP and regulatory requirements thus ensuring business compliance, quality and sustainability while delivering the company's distribution channels business objectives and plans.
  • To recruit and plan for salesforce, this also include implementing staff engagement activities for the team which including sales challenge, sales recognition and team engagement align with company culture and foster collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Salesforce Management

  • To foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment by engaging with team members and encouraging open communication.
  • To organize team events and activities to build camaraderie and morale.
  • To manage and utilize online and offline recruitment platforms for recruitment of staff as well as staff movement within the team.
  • To create content to attract new talent and promote the company culture.
  • To create awareness of AIA Vitality among the team members and provide guidance to team members to activate / stay engaged with AIA Vitality.
  • To work towards improving the overall score of the department's employee engagement survey by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.

Business Requirements & Development

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise campaign lead or enhancement requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate with IT or relevant stakeholders for implementation.
  • Design and maintain workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports that support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce with other internal systems including marketing automation, data platforms, and distribution tools.

Adoption & Training

  • Drive Salesforce adoption across relevant business units through training, user guides, and ongoing support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related queries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Champion a culture of data quality and CRM best practices within the team.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline and/or non-degree holders with strong related working experience.
  • Over 3 years relevant experience in driving sales programs, drafting customers communication scripts and developing direct sales channels operation and processes.
  • Special skillset will be an advantage:
  • Thorough productivity and quality management knowledge with strong ability and discipline for sales team
  • Good grasp and appreciation of systems and applications including digital tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent languages ability, presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
