Role Summary
We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks.
- Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
- Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.
- Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant.
Required Skills
- Strong development experience in Salesforce or Java.
- Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations.
- Deep technical knowledge of application design, APIs, databases, debugging, and system integration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for delivery.

Salesforce Skills
For Salesforce-focused candidates:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Salesforce integration, security, sharing, and deployment concepts.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred.
Java Skills
For Java-focused candidates:
- Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.
- Experience with enterprise application design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Familiarity with modern front-end or JavaScript frameworks is preferred.
Good to Have
