Role Overview
We are seeking a senior technology leader to own the architectural design, delivery, and governance of our enterprise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) platform. You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, lead engineering teams, and drive platform innovation.
Key Qualifications
- Senior Tech Expertise: Extensive background in engineering leadership and delivering large-scale, enterprise platform architectures.
- FSC Specialization: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce FSC features (Household/Person accounts, ARC, Life Events, Action Plans) and SFI data models.
- Required Certifications: Salesforce FSC Superbadge or FSC Accredited Professional certification.
- Advanced Development: Hands-on mastery of Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestrator, multi-org strategies, and Salesforce security models.
- Integration & Migration: Proven success managing complex data migrations and REST/SOAP, Bulk, and Tooling API integrations.
- Domain Context: Strong understanding of Retail and Commercial Insurance use cases (claims, policy management).

- Architect & Design: Lead end-to-end architecture for scalable, high-performance Salesforce FSC solutions.
- Collaborate & Align: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to transform business requirements into optimized technical designs.
- Govern & Mentor: Define coding standards, review technical deliverables, and mentor engineering teams to ensure high-quality code.
- Integrate & Migrate: Oversee robust integration streams and clean data migration strategies.
- Innovate: Maximize Salesforce release features and build unified analytics/dashboards to continuously improve user experience.
