RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and deploy scalable applications usingSalesforce platform technologies, includingOmni Studio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Leveragelow-code/no-code capabilities within Salesforce(e.g., Flow, Process Builder, App Builder) to automate and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders totranslate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Work acrossSalesforce Service Cloud / PSSto enhance customer service operations, including case management, digital channels, and knowledge base setup.
- Design and implementAPI integrations with third-party systemsand internal tools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile development processes, includingsprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT to ensure high-quality, reliable delivery.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and support materials.
- Applycreative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinkingto identify technical solutions that meet business goals while maintaining scalability and performance.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically inService Cloud / PSS implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts)
- Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Platform API development and integration
- Familiarity withSalesforce DX, Git, and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience withthird-party system integration(e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) is aplus.
- Proven ability tobreak down complex business needs into manageable technical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with aproactive, innovative, and analytical mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Platform Developer I / II
- OmniStudio Developer
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience working inagile teamsusing Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesand tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity withlow-code/no-code platformslike Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, OutSystems is a plus.
- Exposure tomobile-responsive Salesforce appsandSalesforce mobile publisherfeatures is an advantage.
