We are looking for both hands-on Salesforce Engineers and Salesforce Engineering Managers to design, build, configure, and scale enterprise Salesforce solutions across customer service, engagement, data, and workflow platforms.
Job Description
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications across areas such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, workflows, configurations, and technical designs.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flow, configuration, and other platform capabilities.
- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, permissions, sharing rules, security models, and automation based on business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, enterprise platforms, APIs, middleware, and external data sources.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration, and platform issues across development and production environments.
- Contribute to Salesforce solution design, architecture, integration patterns, data models, security models, and platform standards.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, source control, code reviews, testing, release management, and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, integration specifications, configuration documentation, and development standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, architects, administrators, vendors, and other technology teams.
- For Engineering Manager level: responsibilities additionally includes leading and mentoring Salesforce engineers, overseeing technical delivery, reviewing solution quality, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and driving engineering best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce development, configuration, administration, solution design, or platform engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration, including objects, workflows, Flow, permissions, profiles, sharing rules, security, and automation.
- Hands-on technical experience with some or all of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and Salesforce integration capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms, third-party systems, APIs, middleware, or enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data modelling, security models, sharing architecture, platform limits, and scalable solution design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- For Engineering Manager: previous experience leading engineers, managing technical delivery, mentoring team members, and working with senior stakeholders is required.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Experience supporting Salesforce platforms across APAC or within complex regional enterprise environments.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, authentication, SSO, OAuth, SAML, or identity and access management.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git-based source control, automated deployment, or release management tools.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations, case management platforms, CRM solutions, customer service systems, or digital transformation programmes.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Identity & Access Architect, or Technical Architect.
