About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration, application support, and integration technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, troubleshooting, and managing enterprise-level applications, along with knowledge of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and modify Sales Cloud settings to meet business requirements.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX and Visualforce.
- Integrate systems using EDI (Edison) and MuleSoft, with proficiency in JSON.
- Provide application system administration and support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Manage Account Engagement and ensure smooth operations.
- Create and manage batch processes within packaged systems.
- Support SOX compliance for application-related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and EDI integration.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Familiarity with JSON, MuleSoft, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases and basic scripting in SQL Server.
- Basic knowledge of PHP scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes for incident and change management.
- Experience in SOX-related application support and compliance.
