Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative capabilities.
• Develop and configure Salesforce Service Cloud functionality based on business and technical requirements.
• Build scalable and maintainable custom applications, components, and integrations.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide input into solution architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support CI/CD processes, deployments, and release management activities.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices within the team.
