Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain custom solutions in Marketing Cloud (Engagement, Personalization), Education Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver best-in-class Salesforce configurations and customisations.
- Develop and maintain functional and/or technical documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, data issues and security vulnerabilities.
- Perform system testing (Unit Test, System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test).
- Assist with load testing.
- Provide production support on issues reported by users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and maintenance support.
- Experience working on Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Proficient in APEX, LWC, Flow, SOQL, jQuery, HTML5, CSS and Web Services (SOAP, RESTful).
- Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical team and users.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and good coding habits is a plus.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Higher Education industry, especially student administrative systems, will be a plus.
