We are partnered with a well-established organisation to identify a Salesforce Engineer to drive enterprise CRM and digital platform initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains
• Configure and customize the platform using Apex, Lightning components, and declarative tools
• Define data models, security frameworks, and integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives from requirements through deployment
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs
• Oversee platform stability including monitoring, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Establish development standards and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage structured release processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Develop documentation and conduct training to improve platform adoption
• Manage vendors and external partners to deliver enhancements effectively
Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications
• Strong hands-on expertise across Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, or Marketing
• Solid understanding of API integrations, data architecture, and system design
• Proven experience delivering projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with CI/CD practices and release management frameworks
• Familiarity with agile and structured delivery methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
